2005 Chardonnay
Our 2005 Chardonnay is produced exclusively from our estate grown Dijon clone grapes. Handmade in every sense - from harvest to bottling. This chardonnay is dry and fashionable, a very sophisticated wine that has been aged lightly in french oak barrels. The subtle citrus and fruit flavors are wrapped in a mineral embrace that is typical of our estate vineyard.
You will find this wine to be very unique with crisp acidity, and a lush and soft harmony of fruit that mesmerized you palate . The finish is one with of smooth spicy notes. Consider this Chardonnay to be very food worthy and is an example of winemaking and viticulture coming together to make a very special wine possible.
