2004 Cabernet Sauvignon
Born in what is essentially the terra rossa volcanic soils of the upper Shasta Valley. Our 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon is produced exclusively from our low yielding hillside estate vineyard.
This dense ruby colored wine exhibits intense & complex black cherry and fruit flavors with warm notes of spice and vanilla
Spending some 22 months in French oak barrels one will find this wine to be full bodies, evenly balanced weight and structure, with well integrated acidity.
