2007 Pinot Gris
The fruit that we produced this Pinot Gris from was harvested at Shadow Mountain Vineyards in the Willamette Valley of Oregon in early October of 2007. Once the fruit arrived at the winery, meticulous care was taken by our winemaker to produce a wine from this very distinct fruit. We believe that you will find this wine to be one of exceptional complexity and character. Our desire is that you enjoy this wine as much as we have enjoyed producing it for you.
Shasta View Vineyards is proud to present our 2007 Pinot Gris
You will find this vintage of Pinot Gris to be a zesty and bright wine. The nose of this wine is full of lemon and lime, apples, melons and grapefruit essences. This wine is mild and is presented in an off dry style. The finish is fresh and crisp on one’s palate with an elegant refreshing balance. This wine is very approachable making it a great summer wine that will pair perfectly with grilled marinated fish or Asian cuisine.
